A Christmas message for 2021

Adrian’s thoughts…

After another challenging year, we are nearly at the end of it. Although 2021 does not seem half as bad as 2020, most people have forgot they were nearly locked down to some extent until the middle of the year and it has hardly been life as normal since then either. This has produced a number of challenges to businesses and customers up and down the country. The whole covid pandemic has been about adapting to changes in circumstances – often having to tweak and fine-tune situations at short notice. Almost all businesses have been impacted – some to varying degrees depending what industry they are targeting. Courier businesses and delivery companies as a whole have generally seen an increase in demand during the pandemic, which some have argued is a curse as well as a blessing, because increases in demand bring other kinds of logistical, administrative and personnel factors to consider too.

Rock Solid Deliveries has had a busy year, and we have been open throughout the pandemic including through this last year of 2021. We have worked hard to ensure we continue to fulfil our customers needs and demands, and still deliver that top quality service in a professional way. I would like to thank all my staff for the hard work they have put in this year, sometimes in very challenging circumstances, when life has been tough for us all. I would also like to say a big thank you to all our customers we have served this year. We have enjoyed continuing to strengthen the relationships we have with regular customers, but we have also welcomed many new and first timers to our business. Whether you are a new, returning, or long standing customer, our business could not exist without you and we would like to thank you all for your custom and support during this year. Some of the reviews we have received on our Trustpilot site have been truly warming and satisfying, and we are so pleased with all the kind words you have fed back to us.

To give your our Christmas arrangements, we will be open throughout the festive period, 24/7 as usual. Whether you have a very last-minute gift you need delivering, an emergency which arises over the festive period, or a need for a same day courier, we will be on hand to help as always. Please continue to contact us through the usual channels and one of the team will be able to help you.

As we look towards 2022 we are aiming to expand further. You will start to notice our service pages being bulked out, as we offer new courier and delivery services to different sectors. Keep an eye out for further details in the coming weeks and months.

All that remains for me to do is to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for 2022. I am sure it will be better than 2020 and what a good chunk of 2021 was!
